Scientific Systems

We have significant experiences and successes with scientific systems. Solutions such as LIMS systems for result tracking and compliance, chromatography data systems for sample tracking, assay management and instrument control, reagent tracking systems, data reporting and trending. We focus on the sample life cycle and key measurements to understand success of the laboratory function.

Processes range from sample planning, taking the sample, receiving the sample perform the assay and result reporting functions. While these functions and processes may differ from laboratory area to laboratory area (Research & Development labs, clinical bio-analytical areas, raw material, stability, environmental, product testing, etc.), we feel that the sample life cycle analysis allows the key information and integration points to be quickly identified as these are key areas for risk management for the IT initiatives.

Each of these areas deal with similar solutions at a high level but it takes experience working in these lab areas to understand the details of the requirements, how the areas impact other operations, and the overall data flow and reporting requirements through the business operations.

The impacts could be regulatory reporting requirements for clinical or product stability testing, lot certificate of analysis data reporting, or vendor management reporting for raw materials used – there are many other examples where we understand the business processes that will drive the IT solution.

Our solution experience include:
  • LIMS and Electronic Lab notebook solutions help track and analyse samples, and aid in reduction in people and efficience gains.

  • Reagent tracking systems help laboratories maintain a state of compliance as well as drive efficiencies for creating and tracking assay reagents.

  • Chromatography data systems, such as Empower, allow instrument integration for tracking assay data, compliance, trending analysis, and more.

  • Analytical data reporting for some or all of these systems can be achieved for better visibility for laboratory management, better decisions at the bench level for trending and limit analysis, and regulatory reporting criteria.

  • Laboratory support - End user support of the IT systems from application Q&A support through application maintenance support.

"What our clients think about us..."

"The supply chain and laboratory process and technology knowledge was extremely valuable when delivering the laboratory vision, business case, design and implementations. We couldn’t have done it without them."
